  • SAMARA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, SAMARA cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. SAMARA will assist where possible, but liability is limited.


5. International Shipping

  • SAMARA is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • SAMARA is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If the carrier returns a package due to an invalid address, shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
